The Baby Bliss Bundle Giveaway (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of Canada who are the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Participants must be the parent or legal guardian of a child aged 0–18 months at the time of entry, or be expecting a baby.
Excluded: Employees, officers, and directors of Why Does My Baby, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child), and anyone domiciled with such persons are not eligible to enter.
Province of Quebec: This Contest is not open to residents of the Province of Quebec.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
Primary method — Website entry: The only way to complete a valid Contest entry is by submitting the entry form on whydoesmybaby.com during the Contest Period. Visit whydoesmybaby.com/contests/baby-bliss-bundle, create or sign into your account, complete your Canadian profile, provide your child's date of birth or expected due date, accept the contest terms, and submit your entry. No purchase required.
Meta Instant Form (Facebook / Instagram) — not a complete entry: Completing a sponsored Meta Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram is not a complete Contest entry. The Instant Form only collects contact details (such as name, email, province, mobile phone number, and postal code) so we can send you an email directing you to the Contest page on whydoesmybaby.com to finish your entry. You are not entered into the Contest until you successfully submit the website entry form.
Limit: One (1) entry per person per Contest month. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
One (1) Grand Prize — The Baby Bliss Bundle (approximate retail value: CDN $147):
On or about September 2, 2026, one (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will be conducted by an authorized representative of Why Does My Baby.
Skill-Testing Question: The potential winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered at the time of the prize claim, as required by Canadian law. Example: (4 + 6) × 3 – 2 = ?.
The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim their prize, provide their full name, mailing address, answer the skill-testing question, and sign a Declaration of Eligibility & Release (where required). Failure to respond within this period will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners will be announced on whydoesmybaby.com and may be announced on our social media channels. By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their first name and province for announcement purposes.
Participants who refer a friend to enter the contest using their unique referral link will earn one (1) additional bonus entry for each referred friend who completes a valid contest entry. Bonus entries increase win probability but do not constitute separate chances of winning. Maximum referral bonus entries: 10 per participant per month.
Marketing Consent (CASL): By checking the marketing consent checkbox, entrants expressly consent to receive electronic commercial messages (email newsletters, promotional offers, and baby-related content) from whydoesmybaby.com. This consent is not a condition of entering the contest. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by emailing support@whydoesmybaby.com.
Contest Consent: Entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information (name, email, province, postal code, phone number, child's date of birth) by whydoesmybaby.com for the purpose of administering this Contest. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to fulfill the prize (shipping via Amazon.ca).
